1. Categories of personal data processed

For customers: first and last name, phone, email, billing/delivery addresses, usage behavior data (preferences, habits), data from account creation via Facebook/Google, information from contact forms and complaints.

For visitors: data transmitted directly (contact/complaint form) and indirect data (IP address, browser type, browsing duration, search history, operating system, viewed pages, click sequences, interaction data).

2. Purposes of processing and legal basis

Customer data: fulfillment of contractual obligations (orders, delivery, invoicing, returns), fulfillment of legal obligations (tax, archiving - retention for 10 years), marketing activities (email/SMS) - based on consent, website analysis and improvement.

Visitor data: marketing communications - based on consent; complaint resolution and traffic monitoring - legitimate interest.

3. Data storage duration

Data is kept as long as necessary for the stated purposes. For customers: throughout the contractual relationship and in accordance with legal requirements. Account deletion does not automatically delete personal data. Active orders must be completed before account deletion. Withdrawal of marketing consent immediately stops commercial communications.

4. Disclosure of personal data

Data is not sold to third parties. Service providers (transport, hosting, IT companies) are bound by confidentiality agreements. Data may be disclosed to public authorities for site administration, prize granting, personalization, marketing, and legal compliance.

5. Transfer of personal data

Data is transferred only within European Union member states.

7. Confidentiality of minors

We do not knowingly contact or collect information from individuals under 18 years of age. If such data has been obtained, parental consent will be requested or the data will be deleted.
