General Provisions

Using this site implies accepting the terms below. 3DONE MODELS SRL reserves the right to modify these provisions without prior notice.

The relationship between the parties is governed by:

Government Ordinance no. 21/1992 on consumer protection
Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014 on consumer rights in contracts concluded with professionals
Law no. 363/2007 on combating unfair commercial practices
Law no. 365/2002 on electronic commerce

Access is limited to personal use (online order, information). The company does not grant the right to download, modify, reproduce, copy, sell/resell or commercially exploit the site.

All content on the site — images, texts, graphics, symbols, emails, scripts, programs — is the property of 3DONE MODELS SRL and is protected according to Law no. 8/1996 (copyright) and intellectual property legislation.

Product Warranty

Bambu Lab products: 24 months for individuals, 12 months for legal entities. Technical support is available at bambulab.com/support.

3D printed / handmade products: 14-day conformity warranty, covering manufacturing defects under normal use conditions. Damage from improper handling/use, color variations specific to handmade products, and normal wear and tear are excluded.

Custom / made-to-order products: cannot be returned according to Government Emergency Ordinance 34/2014, but retain the 14-day conformity warranty.

Warranty Claim

Send a written request to contact@3donemodels.com, including the order number, a description of the defect, and, if possible, photos/videos.

The maximum resolution period is 15 calendar days from the confirmation of the request. Solutions may include replacement, repair, or refund.

Alternative Dispute Resolution (ANPC / SAL)

In case of a dispute, you can contact the National Consumer Protection Authority (anpc.ro) or the European online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
